About Grace Ann

Grace Ann Lockridge is a Tuscaloosa native who has been with The Dance Centre for 18 years. Her first fifteen seasons were spent as a student, including nine years as a Dance Centre Company Member. Grace Ann has competed at The Dance Awards as a Best Dancer 5 times. She has also attended and trained at The American Ballet Theatre’s Orange County Summer Intensive. Grace Ann has also trained at The Alabama Ballet in their repertoire program. In the community, Grace Ann has participated in several Tuscaloosa Community Dancers’ performances, including The Nutcracker, and she joined as a member of their Company. She also danced with The Dance Initiative in their winter performances. Grace Ann is now in her fourth season as a teacher at The Dance Centre.
