About Karlye

Karlye is from Katy, Texas where she trained at DanceZone under Sheila Milner. She attended Kinder High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Houston, Texas where she expanded her dance training. Throughout her 19 years of dancing, she has received many prestigious awards and scholarships at competitions and conventions. She has taught many genres of dance to all ages during her time teaching at Westwood Dance Academy in Katy, Texas and Evolve 26 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She is now a junior attending The University of Alabama with a major in Dance and minor in Human Development and Family Studies. She is a second year member on The University of Alabama Dance Team, led by Morgan Williams, and was a part of their 3rd place Game-day routine and 9th place Jazz routine at UDA Nationals 2023.
