Kiana Winston is a Texas native that came to the University of Alabama to pursue her collegiate dreams of being a Division 1 athlete. She loved the relationships and the home like feeling Alabama gave her, so she stayed and pursued her Master's Degree in Social Work. She then took it a step further by getting her master's of social work license for the state of Alabama. Rounding out her 6th full year in Alabama, Kiana is a school social worker, with dreams of opening her own private practice. Kiana enjoys serving others because she wants them to be the star of their show. Kiana wants the people she serves to know they have a voice and to let them know they matter and are important. Kiana is motivated by giving back to others and seeing them experience a moment of success. Her passion stems from knowing she has a job to complete that may never end while keeping in mind that one small act of kindness and consideration adds up and makes a difference in peoples lives. At the end of the day Kiana strives to leave a positive imprint everywhere she goes.
